Gerner-Beuerle presented an important paper titled “Stakeholder orientation, ESG ratings, and firm performance,” which was co-authored with Edmund Schuster from the London School of Economics. ND Law Professor Maria Maciá also made a notable presentation, sharing her paper “Mortgage lending discrimination and the move to disparate impact standard.” This exploration sheds light on an important issue in the mortgage lending industry.
Corrigan's paper, co-authored with Peter Conti-Brown and Jeffery Zhang titled “Is confidential supervisory information material to investors? Evaluating the conflict between banking and securities laws,” was presented by co-author Jeffery Zhang from the University of Michigan Law School.
